The difference between two types of mushrooms is like the difference between tomatoes and cucumbers.  Each species of mushroom has its own distinct flavor and texture and can truly make any dish an unique culinary masterpiece.  These are the varieties that we currently cultivate and some of our favorite ways to use them in the kitchen.
